"Eric Rosevear has taken great care of us not once, but twice! The furnace in our rental property stopped working in December. He was very responsive and found the problem quickly. His price to repair was reasonable, but we asked for a quote to replace the furnace, which was more than 15 years old, and we found it very reasonable. Not only did he install the new furnace the same day, he installed a smart thermostat that our tenants love! The second time was at our primary residence. We started smelling an electric motor smell in our house and shut off the furnace because we could not figure out where it was coming from. He got to our house the same day and determined the source of the problem was the blower motor could no longer move the blower wheel. Similar to our rental property, he offered us a very reasonable repair cost and a very reasonable cost to replace not just the furnace but the air conditioner as well. He had both of the new units in the very next day and we could not be more pleased! BTW, he also helped us submit rebates for both projects and we have already received most of the money back.
